The LSS Network of Hope offers a continuum of services to meet basic needs in our community. From homeless shelters to senior living, we are here to help.

For those seeking shelter in Franklin County, there is a Centralized Point of Access for single adults and families (adults with children). Please call 614-274-7000 24/7.
For those seeking shelter in Fairfield County, call LSS Faith Mission of Fairfield County at 740-653-2265.
If you are seeking shelter from an abusive intimate partner relationship in Franklin County, call the LSS CHOICES 24-hour crisis hotline at 614-224-4663 (HOME).
If you are in need of a free meal in Columbus, please join us at the Faith Mission Community Kitchen (245 N. Grant Ave.) during the following times.
Men – 6:30 – 7:15 (8:30 – 9:30 on weekends and holidays)
Women and families – 7:30 – 8:15
Women and families – 11:30 – 12:15
Men – 12:30 – 1:30
Women and families – 5:30 – 6:15
Men – 6:30-7:30
No ID or proof of need is required.
If you need groceries, please contact the appropriate location below to obtain a referral to a food pantry.
Franklin and Delaware County residents do not need a referral. Just visit www.lssfoodpantries.org to place an order and make a pickup appointment.
Fairfield County residents
Caldwell and Southeast Ohio mobile food pantries
Referrals to the mobile pantry can be made one week prior to its visitation date.
Clients must bring ID as well as an ID for every member of their household.
For adults, photo IDs (Driver’s License or state ID) are accepted. For children, birth certificates, Social Security cards, insurance cards or school IDs are accepted.
If you do not have internet access or would like to place your order over the phone, please call the Help Desk at 877-LSS-MEAL. Volunteers will be available weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Otherwise you may leave a message, and we will get back with you.
The Faith Mission Health Center provides medical, dental, vision, behavioral and pharmacy care to those who have low incomes or are homeless, in transitional housing or at-risk of being homeless. To schedule an appointment, call 614-224-6617 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
