The LSS Network of Hope offers a portfolio of services to meet basic needs in our community. From homeless shelters to senior affordable housing, we are here to help.

Please note: LSS does not offer monetary, utility or rental assistance.

LSS 211 Central Ohio is Franklin County’s information and referral provider. We can help link to services outside of what Lutheran Social Services offers. Call 2-1-1 or click here.

For those seeking shelter in Franklin County, there is a Homeless Hotline for single adults and families (adults with children).  You must call 614-274-7000 to be assigned a bed. The hotline is available 24/7.

For those seeking shelter in Fairfield County, call LSS Faith Mission of Fairfield County at 740-653-2021 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  After hours, please call 740-277-2340.

If you are seeking shelter from an abusive intimate partner relationship in Franklin County, call the LSS CHOICES 24-hour crisis hotline at 614-224-4663 (HOME). You can only be admitted to the shelter by calling this number.

Franklin and Delaware County residents do not need a referral. Just visit www.lssfoodpantries.org, register, place an order and make a pickup appointment.  Produce-only visits do not need to be scheduled and are available during pantry business hours.

Fairfield County residents call 740-687-0500.

For Caldwell and Southeast Ohio mobile food pantries, call 877-704-3663. Referrals to the mobile pantry can be made one week prior to its visitation date.

Clients must bring ID as well as an ID for every member of their household. For adults, photo IDs (Driver’s License or state ID) are accepted. For children, birth certificates, Social Security cards, insurance cards or school IDs are accepted.

If you do not have internet access or would like to place your order over the phone, please call the Help Desk at 877-LSS-MEAL weekdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

If you are in Franklin County, call LSS CHOICES for Victims of Domestic Violence 24-hour crisis and information hotline at 614-224-4663 (HOME). You can only be admitted to the shelter by calling this number. If you do not need shelter, hotline staff can connect you to other available resources.

The LSS Health Center provides medical, dental, vision, HIV, behavioral health and addiction services to those who have low incomes or are homeless, in transitional housing or at-risk of being homeless. To schedule an appointment, call (614) 224-0747 or email healthcenterinfo@lssnetworkofhope.org.
