Behavioral Health

We pride ourselves on providing integrated behavioral health services to all patients of the health center.

Addressing our patients’ mental and physical health is a very important part of our efforts to increase the well-being of patients we serve. The behavioral health team consists of licensed and trained professionals who provide a variety of comprehensive services. Our medical and behavioral health teams work together closely, and you may be visited by one of our behavioral health providers during your medical visit.

If you’re experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol problems, or want to stop smoking we will create a space where you feel comfortable talking about these challenges with us.

Behavioral health services include:

  • Behavioral health screenings
  • Individual counseling
  • Supportive counseling
  • Case management
  • Diagnostic assessment
  • Referral and linkage to care
  • Tobacco cessation services (individual and groups available)
