About Us
LSS Health Center provides integrated health care services and increases access to quality care. Located next to LSS Faith Mission, LSS Health Center is designed to provide ongoing care for people who experience homelessness, unstable housing, low income and other challenges. Federal funding allows LSS Health Center to provide care on a sliding fee scale, making it affordable regardless of income. No one is turned away for inability to pay. Our doctors, nurses, dentists, social workers and optometrists are skilled professionals who provide high-quality care.
Staff
The staff at LSS Health Center are deeply connected to the mission and values of the LSS Network of Hope. It’s our responsibility to not only help people in need, but to maintain their dignity in doing so.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is a United Way agency, a member of Lutheran Services in America and a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
