LSS Health Center offers both in-person and tele-health visits after your first visit for your convenience.
For appointments, cancellations, rescheduling and medication refills, please contact LSS Health Center Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 614-224-0747 to speak with a member of our support team. You may also fill out a contact us form.
Tele-health visits connect you directly to a medical or behavioral health provider when you can’t come into the office via a phone or video connection. A member of our support team can help you decide which visit type is best for you. First visits must be in-person.
