In-person and Tele-health visits
LSS Health Center offers both in-person and tele-health visits for your convenience. With the ability to connect using a telephone or via a video connection, tele-health visits connect you directly to a medical or behavioral health provider when you can’t come into the office. A member of our support team can help you decide which visit type is best for you.
This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is a United Way agency, a member of Lutheran Services in America and a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
