Patients
LSS Health Center is open to people with low income, recent experience of homelessness or unstable housing, or difficulty finding care in Columbus. This includes people who have been homeless within the past few years, people who are doubled up living with friends or family, and people in supportive or transitional housing. You are welcome to receive treatment for specific health issues and establish a medical home with us.
We take your privacy seriously. All patients of LSS Health Center are provided access to our Notice of Privacy Practices, and you may also read the full notice here.
