Service Coordination

Service coordinators advocate and act as a liaison on behalf of residents by assessing their needs and linking them to community resources as appropriate. Often times, the many senior services, resources and programs are overwhelming, and service coordinators serve as a listening ear and valuable resource for information and guidance, helping seniors to age in place.  Educational and social events are also coordinated to benefit the social, physical and mental health of residents.
