FAQ
The LSS Food Pantries provide nourishing food in 11 Ohio counties.
Our multiple locations each have different ways to access food or make an appointment. Please click here to learn more.
You can visit the LSS Food Pantries once a month for a full shop. Produce-only visits can be made weekly.
Please bring a photo ID for the head of household to each visit. Proof of address needs to be shown at the first visit and will be verified annually after that.
For Champion Ave. pantry appointments: Clients have until the end of the week (Friday) to pick up their orders from our Champion Ave. location. If you’d like to reschedule, please log on to the online ordering system and click the Pending Orders button on the bottom right.
For Lancaster/Fairfield County distribution appointments: Bring your ID and come during the distribution hours that you can make it to.
For Delaware County distribution appointments: If you’d like to reschedule, please log on to the online ordering system and click the Pending Orders button on the bottom right.
You may pick up an order for another household by bringing a completed proxy form at the appointment time. We will keep this form on file for any future appointments. This form gives LSS permission to release all appointments for food to the proxy name listed on the form. The person who is the proxy must bring their ID when coming to pick up the order.
