The goals of our program are to increase access to treatment within our community, and to increase the success of sustained remission and long-term recovery.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The model integrates medications that treat opioid use disorder into a <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">primary care<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> setting and allows patients to readily access comprehensive medical and addiction services under one roof.
