Kensington’s the Place for Finely Appointed Apartments
Finding the right home is easy at LSS Kensington Place! We offer lovely full-size apartments with several spacious floor plans ranging from studio to three bedrooms. Our facility is very near Easton, the airport, Bexley and Gahanna.
LSS Kensington Place also offers companion suites. Companion suites are designed for two people, each of whom has their own bedroom and bathroom. Companions will share a furnished living room, dining area, and kitchen. Rates for these suites are very competitive. We offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts to accommodate your needs, from the Hyde Park, a studio model with 494 square feet, to the Devonshire, a three bedroom model with 1355 square feet.

Medicaid Waiver Program
Kensington Place is an approved Medicaid Assisted Living Waiver provider. This is a great comfort to residents who may exhaust their funds over time. The Ohio Medicaid Waiver Program may enable you to continue to live in Kensington after you have exhausted your funds as long as we are still able to meet your health and wellness needs. Ionization Air Filtration System
In the battle against COVID-19 and other airborne pathogens, Kensington Place has invested in an ionization air filtration system for our facility. This unit reduces airborne particulates, odors and pathogens, including viruses, bacteria and mold, and has been verified by third party testing.
