Skilled Nursing
LSS The Good Shepherd provides exceptional skilled nursing and support services to treat and care for many diagnoses. We staff 24-hour RNs, LPNs and highly trained nursing assistants, supported by administrative nursing, therapy, dietician, respiratory therapy, physicians and physician extenders.

TGS is equipped to provide:
• Disease management
• Emergency cardiac support with on-site AED
• IV & TPN therapy, central line management
• J & NG tube feeding management
• Advanced wound care, KCI/Wound Vac Certified
• Diabetic management
• Tracheostomy care/ CPAP/ BiPap
• Oxygen/Aerosol therapy
• On–site coumadin clinic
• On–site peritoneal dialysis
• Psychiatric and counseling services
