Jacqueline Bastian, BSN, RN, MSOL, CCM
Jacqueline (Jacqui) Bastian has been an RN for 34 years. She joined OhioHealth in 2015 and is currently the Director of Care Management at OhioHealth– Grant Medical Center and Grove City Methodist Hospital with oversight of the Acute Inpatient areas and Ambulatory practices. She was instrumental in the OhioHealth and LSS partnership to create The Medical Respite at Faith Mission as a place for people experiencing homelessness to go after leaving the hospital to heal and find permanent housing. Ms. Bastian attended the College of Mt St Joseph, where she earned her bachelor’s in nursing and master’s in organizational leadership. She is a USAF veteran and served as an officer in the Nurse Corp during the first Gulf War. She and her two sons reside in X
Ms. Borthwick currently serves in Regional Operations for Cutler Real Estate and has been with the company since 2018. She previously held positions with Thomas & Marker Construction and Vowells Printing. Ms. Borthwick received her associate degree in Applied Science, Graphic Design Technology from Santa Fe College in Gainesville, FL. She currently resides in Powell and has two grown sons.
Ms. McDaniel is currently the Field People Officer for McDonald’s Corporation for the Columbus Field Office. She has been with the organization since 2005, when she began her career as an operations consultant for company-owned restaurants. Ms. McDaniel serves on several teams within the corporation, including serving as the East Zone lead for McDonald’s African American Council. Ms. McDaniel also serves as Vice Principal for Blueprint Investments. She is a graduate of Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in business management. She resides in Columbus with her husband, Aaron, and their two children. The family attends Faith Ministries Church.
Ms. Revish is currently Vice President of Finance Transformation at Cardinal Health, a Fortune 16 company. Prior to this role, she supported various departments within Cardinal Health’s Medical, Pharmaceutical and Corporate segments. In addition to Cardinal Health, she has worked at Henry Schein, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and OCLC. She is currently an active leader on the Cardinal Health Diversity and Inclusion Council and the Racial Equity Cabinet. Ms. Revish earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in accounting from The Ohio State University. She lives in Powell with her husband Jerome and their two daughters. They attend Unity Temple Church of God in Christ.
Ms. Triplett began her career with Huntington Bank in 1994 as a teller and currently leads the Treasury Management sales team for Huntington’s Central Ohio region. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Franklin University. Ms. Triplett and her husband are lead pastors of the Mobile Campus of The Potter’s House Church. She also serves on the advisory council for Treasure Hunters International, serves on the Women’s Ministries Board at The Potter’s House, and volunteers for several non‐profit organizations including Homeless Families Foundation, HEART Food Pantry, Junior Achievement and Pelotonia. Ms. Triplett lives in Gahanna with her husband James and their three children.
