Mr. Bailey is the Chair of the Bailey Cavalieri LLC law firm in Columbus, where his practice focuses on director, officer and corporate governance matters. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University before achieving his Juris Doctorate with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law. He is also a member of numerous honorariums and associations, and has served on the LSS Board or committees of the Board since 1993. Mr. Bailey and his wife, Janice, reside in New Albany and attend All Saint’s Episcopal Church. They have two children.
Ms. Cunningham is Founder, Executive Coach & Advisor with Mindi Cunningham, LLC. She provides a range of services helping executive leaders and business owners in personal career performance, leadership and business goals. Her diverse and extensive leadership experience in Fortune 500 and start-up environments provides her with a breadth of cross-functional experience and expertise with which to facilitate clients’ individual growth towards achieving their desired outcomes. She received her B.A from Wittenberg University. Ms. Cunningham and her husband have six children. They enjoy family time including their two goldendoodles, and share a love of food, travel and fitness.
rev. mark diemer
Rev. Diemer has served as pastor of Grace of God Lutheran Church in Columbus since 2003. Before accepting that call, he served at St. Timothy and Ascension Lutheran churches. Rev. Diemer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Psychology from Capital University as well as a Master of Divinity from Trinity Lutheran Seminary. Rev. Diemer currently serves on the board of Homes on the Hill. He and his wife, Linda, have two adult sons and a dog.
Mr. McClendon is the Associate Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Victoria’s Secret. He leads a global team that is responsible for hiring staff for both professional roles and seasonal positions within the company’s Victoria’s Secret, PINK and Victoria’s Secret Beauty businesses. Mr. McClendon has also led the diversity & inclusion and employment branding initiatives for Mast Global for the last three years. Before his current position, Mr. McLendon served as AVP Executive Recruiter at JP Morgan Chase. He received his B.S. in Marketing from Franklin University. Along with wife Tosha and their son, the McClendons live in Gahanna and attend One Church.
Dr. Mitchell is the Founder and President of Cypress Consulting, Ltd. and CypressTree Corp., a consulting firm that offers expert guidance in strategy, research, communications and training. She has also had academic appointments at many institutions, including Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University; Wisconsin School of Business, University of Wisconsin-Madison; and Stanford Graduate School of Business. Dr. Mitchell received her B.S. in Business Administration in Economics from The Ohio State University and both her M.B.A. in Marketing and her Ph.D. in Marketing and Behavioral Science from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She has served on many boards including Thoughtwell (formerly Community Research Partners) and the City of Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission. Dr. Mitchell resides in Hilliard and attends First Congregational Church, Columbus.
Ms. Quinn has been the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of OhioHealth since August 2014, where she provides executive leadership in the areas of Ethics and Compliance, Internal Audit, and Information Security. Ms. Quinn received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and her undergraduate degree from Texas State University. Prior to joining OhioHealth, Ms. Quinn held key positions at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, including her most recent role as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Quinn resides in Dublin with her husband, Chris, and two daughters. The family attends Dublin Community Church.
Mr. Suiter is Principle at RiverWest Partners, a company that sources, acquires and develops real estate in urban areas with the intent to mutually enhance and strengthen communities and investors. He previously served as Director of Real Estate Development for Kaufman Development and received his B.A. in Psychology from Colgate University. Mr. Suiter formerly served as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and the Governance Committee Chairman for HandsOn Central Ohio before that organization merged with LSS. He lives in German Village with his wife, Eve.
Mr. Treon has recently retired from Cardinal Health after more than 25 years of service where most of his experience included Vice President level leadership roles in Marketing, Strategy, Sourcing and Sales. Prior professional experience included retail buying and store management roles along with pharmaceutical sales. Mr. Treon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and later earned a MBA from OSU’s Fisher College of Business. From a community perspective, Mr. Treon is an active parishioner at the Church of the Resurrection in New Albany where he is a core ministry leader and lector. He has also coached 16 seasons of youth athletics including football, basketball and baseball. Mr. Treon and his wife, Kelley, have been blessed with two children and reside in Gahanna.
Mr. Weber is the Managing Director, Transmission Development at American Electric Power and Vice President of Transource Energy, focused on business development and corporate growth initiatives. Before his current position, Mr. Weber was the Vice President, Commercial and Regulatory of BHE U.S. Transmission, a platform of Berkshire Hathaway Energy Company. Brian has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a master’s degree in business administration, and is a registered professional engineer. Brian resides in Powell with his wife, Carrie, and their two children and together attend Good News Church.
