You can visit the LSS Food Pantries once a month for a full shop<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>Produce-only visits can be made weekly.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Please bring a photo ID for the head of <\/span>household<\/span> to<\/span> each visit. Proof of address needs to be shown at the first visit and will be verified annually after that.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

For Champion Ave. pantry appointments:<\/strong> Clients have until the end of the week (Friday) to pick up their orders from our Champion Ave. location. If you\u2019d like to reschedule, please\u00a0log on to the online ordering system and click the Pending Orders button on the bottom right.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

For Lancaster\/Fairfield County distribution appointments:<\/strong> Bring your ID and come during the distribution hours that you can make it to.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

You may pick up an order for another household by bringing a completed <\/span><\/span>proxy form<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span> at the appointment time. We will keep this form on file for any future appointments. This form gives LSS permission to release all appointments for food to the <\/span>proxy<\/span> name listed on the form. The person who is the proxy must bring their ID when coming to pick up the order.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
